JZW Architects is an integrated development and design firm headquartered in North Salt Lake, Utah, with offices in Layton, Heber City, St. George, and Lehi. 

Since 1999 we have carried projects from site selection and feasibility through entitlement, design, and construction across multifamily and affordable housing, hospitality, medical, retail, office, and industrial work, and we are licensed in 48 states. We develop our own projects, and we advise developers from a site under contract through financing readiness and beyond. That owner-side experience shapes everything we design. Clients who build with us tend to stay, because we become part of how they develop.

We maintain a staff of over 50 dedicated team members who form the base of each project’s success. Our offices are organized with the client in mind.
