Existing Building Documentation

With use of LiDAR (laser measuring) technology JZW Architects creates accurate and cost effective as-built drawings of existing structures. This technology was originally adopted for use in our National Parks projects and has quickly spread to become a powerful tool in all of our work on existing structures. The three-dimensional point cloud created by the LiDAR scanner combined with the three-dimensional modeling of our BIM software creates a perfect combination for the precision required for effect renovation or documentation projects.
